We ordered six Blizzards, and it took about 25 minutes to get them—even though the person behind us ordered just one and received theirs first. Unfortunately, that wasn’t even the worst part. All but one of the Blizzards were extremely runny, more like milkshakes. One cup had even been cut by the blade and leaked all over as we drove away. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of any apology or attempt to make it right—no offer to remake them or provide an alternative. If we wanted milkshakes, we would have ordered those instead of spending $40 on Blizzards. One person in our group even wondered if this is why they no longer flip the cups upside down before serving. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Perhaps we should have gone somewhere else.

Food came out slow but was expected saying how busy they were. On a good note the cold dirty bathrooms were so refreshing after sitting in the heat of the lobby. Was waiting to see hair in burger after seen how gross there kitchen was.
- JRJD RAMSMar 17, 20262.0I don't know what they do here But the ice cream melts before you even get into your driveway and I live 0.5 miles away from here. If you go to the Princeton one and you drive all the way to Zimmerman, your ice cream is STILL solid When you get home!!
