I was pleasantly surprised to see a very clean place, attentive staff that chatted with me and my order was made quick. I was used to young staff who could care less about conversation with a customer. My only complaint is the chicken strips are much smaller than they used to be but everything now days has shrunk so probably not DQ's fault. I will be back.

It was disgusting and super warm. It was definitely not handled correctly in a safe manner and is a huge health hazard. I could have gotten sick and I’m pretty sure many people would have said the same thing. Very disappointing. I hope they learn about this mistake and improve on it. The tenders were very good though so I’m glad I got it sauced. The fries lacked seasoning and it was kind of borderline cold and warm. Overall, decent place but it definitely dropped the ball this time
