Worst Grill and Chill in state! Ordered and was told they could make blizzards after we ate our meals. Someone else proceeded to make them immediately. Since I had my 9 year grandson with me I wanted him to eat his dinner first. She was nice enough to put them in freezer. Waited 45 minutes and never got food. Went up to counter only to be told they were too busy with drive thru. Ok, so I get that but then close the dining area if you can't handle both. We were the only ones in there for a half hour. The next people came in and got their food just as I was demanding a refund. He refunded my money for all but the blizzards because they were made already. I then told him forget it and I wanted all my money back and they could keep the blizzards. He did refund it all and we left without anything. We went up to North Branch and just reordered blizzards. Didn't want to take chance on food and besides I was too upset to eat real food! I couldn't rate food since I never got a chance to try it. Never again! Avoid this off the freeway DQ at all costs.

I've lived in Wyoming for 3 years and this DQ is the definition of insanity. It's my fault though, I keep going back looking for different results and the outcome is still the same. This is a franchise owner problem, not a Dairy Queen problem.
The problem with this DQ is that there's no structure within this franchise, this is purely an owner and management problem. If the owner and management cared; the inside of the store, behind the counter, and the cooking areas wouldn't look the way they do, and maybe, just maybe people would get their orders right and your ice cream wouldn't be melted by the time you get it.
Each and every time I and we've been here, our orders have always been disastrously botched. It doesn't matter if you go through the drive through or the front counter, you're guarenteed pure chaos.
After spending 45-minutes in line at the drive through and dodging pot holes big enough to swallow a G String and about taking out both my ball joints, my $55.72 order was botched once again and this time I've reached my breaking point.
When a customer orders the Chicken Strip baskets, how hard is it to put buttered toast in the box? You pay for the toast that DQ is known for and they skip it. We also ordered a L Heath Blizzard with extra Heath, do you think we received it the way we ordered it? NO! We received a Vanilla soft serve with a less than a fraction of Heath towards the top that was blended in about an inch to cover up the soft serve.
It takes a lot to irritate me and piss me off...this time I've reached my breaking point and I'm going to hit this franchises socials and bringing it to the owners attention and a corporate level. They need to just shut this store down. I'll be seeking reimbursement for my hard earned money spent here at this store.

The cook wasn't wearing a hair net and the kitchen/preparation area from what I could see looked disgusting. Every time I come here they screw up the bare minimum. Customer service was also horrible
