    We have always liked Arbys, but Monday night we were there about 8:30pm. I got a Ham & cheese slider but no cheese and the fries were not done completly and they were not hot. We will go back again and hopefully get a good meal..

    The French dip and Swiss sandwich had grey meat and the fries were cold and stale. All that and they took forever to get us our food and they weren’t even busy.

    I have always loved going to Arby’s in Worthington Minnesota. I’ve had some bad food there but on this last visit around two weeks ago, I ordered these three and one meal. They ran out of chicken fillet so I had a fish sandwich took it back to my work and started eating it I do not normally eat. The bun, lifted the bun and here was a black hair. It was small and a little bit of curls in it at the time I called the manager and she basically was calling me a liar saying all that just cannot happen so what I said is, I will bring it in after my meeting is over. I brought it in. Took off the fun And I said there it is and she was really loud and said I do not see it. I pointed it out and finally she saw it. I did not receive one apology not one now as a manager she should’ve said oh my goodness I am so sorry. How can I make this right with you? I was so disgusted on how I was treated And actually also the hair in my food. I did call corporate and guess what I did not receive a call back or even a text as I was promised I will share my photo here next I will not be back into Arby’s and I will not refer any of my friends Employees or no one
