  I placed my delivery order for 10:30 AM. The estimated delivery time was between 10:42 and 10:52 AM, but it’s now been over two hours and I still haven’t received my order.

  Service was okay by Pizza Hut standards. I ordered two pastas (yes, pasta) and a side of garlic sticks. I’m not sure if they have a new way of packaging items now, but everything was thrown into a medium pizza box. Both pastas had no lids, so the food slid all over the inside of the box during transport. It definitely reminded me why I usually stick with the G.O.A.T., Domino’s.

  Walked in at 4:50pm 2 employees behind the counter and not one hello or even a a wave. Instead they walked into the back kitchen or whatever. Haven’t been to a sit down Pizza Hut in a minute so was excited but that was a mood killer. Judging by from these other reviews it seems we dodged a bullet on both food quality and customer service.
