  I've finally had enough. My order is always incorrect or missing something and today I'm just done. I ordered the saja boy's breakfast meal and I only got the sandwich and milk I ordered. No saja boy box ,no collectable card and no hash brown.

  Its McDonald's but at this location make sure to always check your order when you get your food because unfortunately they are inaccurate almost as much as they get it correct and always get your receipt because when they are wrong they will make you show your receipt before they will give you what you are missing

  Cold fries waited 15 minutes for curbside. Burgers were cold too. Then the guy gave our food to #3 curbside instead of #4.

  They keep saying they do not have Frappés. It is literally on their menu and you can order it online. I have ordered many a Frappé from here online, in person, and through door dash. The last time I tried to order one, they claimed their Frappé machine was down? The problem is then they offered me a smoothie… the smoothie machine and the frappe machine are the same thing. This store has lost about 12 mornings of business from me now because I decided to go somewhere else for food because they won’t give me a frappe or even let me order one.

  Very poor services from the staffs and the mexican manager. They made me waited more than 20 mins for curb pick up. I went through the drive thru to see what going on. They couldn't locate my order. Then they took a picture of my order and didn't give me the right items. They gave me a sausage muffin instead of a sausage egg muffin.They gave me one bacon, egg, cheese bagel when I ordered 2. The manager stormed to the drive window and said I know I gave you one bagel so how many did you order? I was like I order 2 and you guys took a picture of it too. They were so bad at customer services, they never once apologized. The manager started being so rude and wanted me to wait again raising his voice. Please go take some courses and teach yourself and your staffs better customer services.
