    Update: Not a good experience to say the least. Reason: sandwich was made incorrectly, they also gave me one small slice of turkey. And I had a bad interaction with an employee. Yeah- no. I have literally never experienced the attitude nor the lack of customer service at a Jimmy John’s til now. So here is the not so gist of why I’m frustrated. I did an online order, I just wanted to grab n go. There isn’t an option for ice water on the app, so all I usually order is a sandwich and chips- and when I walk in I just grab a cup, fill it with ice and water, and put on the lid. Mind you I have been advised and been told to do that by every single Jimmy John’s. I’ve never been charged for an ice water, and even if it was I would gladly pay the extra $1.00 for water. Anyways, I ordered online. I waited quite a bit longer than usual, I wasn’t getting any updates on the app that it was ready. So I went in and they weren’t busy. The male employee with glasses saw that I was looking at the pickup rack, said “Are you here for pickup.” Which I responded “yes”, he followed with “what’s the name for the order”. I told him my name, and he checks a sandwich that is sitting on the ledge- it’s my sandwich done and ready. As he’s putting my sandwich in the bag- I grab a cup from the register area, and grab an ice water cup. I start walking to the fountain drink area to get said ice water. As I’m walking mid way this male employee with glasses goes, “wait”- looks at my receipt and goes “you didn’t get a drink.” Which I responded “Oh I’m just getting an ice water-“ (With being told at every Jimmy John’s that it’s okey, and at no additional cost or ever being charged- I just assumed this one would be the same.) I then responded saying, “oh, can I not get an ice water?” Mind you he’s been very passive aggressive this entire interaction. Then said “No.” I said “oh?” Because at this point I’m confused. He said “wait… here-“ and hands me a tiny plastic cup that I can’t put a lid to. And this is why I’m frustrated. 1. If there’s an extra charge for ice water, I’d gladly pay. But he just said no- handed me the mini cup, and didn’t even say why I couldn’t? Also not saying if you’d like an ice water that will be a charge. 2. If there is a charge why has NONE of every other Jimmy John’s I’ve been too charged me? 3. It was just his demeanor that was off putting and rude. 4, He made my sandwich wrong. At that point I grabbed the cup walked over to the fountain- waited a second because another employee was cleaning it. Thought to myself, 1. How am I supposed to make sure this doesn’t spill all over my car with no lid 2. It would take me a good three sips before it’s gone- so was it worth getting in the first place? No. So I walked over threw the cup away, and walked out. I stopped at McDonald’s and got a free Large ice water. And just ate the sandwhich, even though it was wrong, because I spent money on it. And the entire thing just left a bad taste on my tongue. Look, I’m not entirely mad about having to go out of my way for just some water, I’m frustrated with the demeanor and attitude of the employee, and then on top of that having my sandwich be wrong.

    I asked them to cut the sandwich in half and they didn't. That is why I gave a 2 for service. This is not the first time this has happened.

    Took an hour to deliver to a location only 4 minutes away from the store. Employees on the phone can provide no valuable info other than it’s a “third party delivery” aka through DoorDash or Uber even when you order through the app. They don’t even apologize or explain further 🤷‍♀️ management issue or staff issue? You’ll never know

    Order sent via Uber due to having no drivers. That’s totally understandable. The issue was the woman I spoke to who mentioned she was the manager. Rushed me over the phone putting the restaurant problems on customers vs showing empathy. I’m working on a timeline to get my daughter food for a sport tournament and she is telling me to calm down and not offering solutions. Did not offer to cancel order until I mentioned it myself. I would not recommend this location as other Jimmy John’s I have been to have had much better service then this one. I cannot recommend it at this time
