- JJJoseph_Cosmos_GouletApr 3, 20265.0Me and Sara both had Friday off so we decided to go to Hope breakfast bar at 1:00 p.m. because it closes at 2:00 p.m. I've never been there before so I didn't know what to expect. I walked in and it had great ambiance and we sat in a nice corner Booth window seat. Sara ordered a water and the pancake shot served with bacon strips as a garnish. Sara said the pancake shot tasted just like liquid pancakes as she ate the bacon strips as a chaser. I ordered the prosecco that they have on tap. Even though it is a breakfast joint it was after 1:00 p.m. so I ordered the smashburger with hash browns. Sara ordered the breakfast sandwich bagel with a huge cheddar cheese skirt hanging on the sides of the bagel. My smashburger was delicious and Sarah said she loved her breakfast sandwich. She took plenty of pics and uploaded them to her social media accounts. Overall I had a great experience I would definitely recommend hope breakfast bar. I can't wait to go back and actually eat breakfast.

Erica has been a fantastic server both times we've been lucky enough to have her helping us, with a super friendly & helpful attitude and great recommendations for food and coffee! I have yet to find a bad meal here, my wife loves the Reuben bowl, and I really enjoy the chicken & waffles and the B.B.L.A.T (add egg). We have also loved sharing a plate of pancakes, both the buttermilk and AMAZING sourdough "pillow" pancakes. We also love that you get such a great value for your dollar for such amazing food, we always end up needing a to-go box, which means we get to enjoy some Hope breakfast at home the next day! Would absolutely recommend Hope!
