It's a pretty standard Wendy's that I visit fairly often. I would note the service is pretty fast, even during lunch rushes. The restaurant is spacious and kept clean.
My main complaint is sometimes the food could be a little hotter but it's not cold. Also, they don't have self-help ketchup. You have to ask and use those packets even if you're eating in.

On 12/02/25 a family member and I got an order by going through the drive thru, but when we got home and began to eat our food we noticed that the fries were cold and that both of our "Baconators" were burnt (black all over), which my family member almost choked on because it was so burnt. When we called the location and spoke to manager, the manager took down our names and said we could get a replacement meal the next time we went in as long as we had our receipt. When we went to the location today (12/15/05) we told the person taking our order about our free meals, she looked up our info then proceeded to take our order. Then when we got to the window to get our order, the employee told us how much we had to pay, and when we told her that we thought it was free because of issues with our last order she told us "we only give small fry and burger for free (sic)" even though our last receipt showed we bought large meals. We asked for a manager and when the manager came to the window, at first she tried to say that our order got messed up yesterday (the date was on the receipt, but apparently she couldn't see that for some reason) then she repeated what the first employee said, "that's all we can do, we can only give you small burgers and fries for free, but you can pay to upgrade to a large if you want".
I feel like it's a scam when you pay for a large meal and they burn your food, then you are told you will get it replaced for free the next time you come in. But when you do go to get a replacement, they refuse to give you anything bigger than their smallest size for a meal WITHOUT a drink, but the manager has no problem with telling the customer they can pay to upgrade to a large (when that was what I already paid for the first time). AVOID THIS LOCATION, unless you enjoy getting less than what you pay for!
