  Had a Premium burger, fries, and Oreo shake. It was Only okay. I would have preferred going to Dairy Queen for a burger meal and ice cream.

  I ordered a burger and fries at 5:53pm Thursday with an estimated delivery time of 6:30pm. I have been working a very long shift and instead of driving the 5 minutes to pick up i decided to treat myself with a delivery to keep on working. my order was not delivered until 6:51! I would not have mind as i worked in the service industry for most of my life but i ordered through your website and its clear the order sat on the counter for 30 minutes. the fries were GROSS, they were wet and soggy. the burger... the bun was wet and the sauce was coming through. I tried to eat it but ended up throwing it away because it was so gross and cold. I am shocked that this is what i would receive. I even tipped $4 for a 1.4 mile delivery. As I understand this is a delivery issue-this is their preferred choice, also the restaurant is not working with delivery times. I provided feedback to the restaurant online and they just said they would forward it to the restaurant & thanks for being a guest. This is unacceptable. I’m furious. Worst customer service experience

  Wayback screwed up my order. Ordered two impossiburgers with lettuce, pepperjack cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, Jalapeño, mayo, and grilled onions. I did not get any lettuce and tomatoes in my order. Pretty much threw my money down the drain. You would be better off going to Five Guys. (No refunds/compensation was given). Delivery guy was pretty fast and cool. Also it seems my previous review got deleted. I'll just tally up the amount of times my review gets deleted. (x2)

  I thought my order was misplaced and I called Wayback to see where it was. They were extremely helpful and assured me if the order was messed up they would fix it. Extremely tasty food and great service. Will order here again!

  The person at the counter has an very demeaning tone to their voice and super condescending. Not sure of their name but they had on glasses that were reddish. It was very uninviting and super uncalled for. The food however was just okay not very flavorful shake was thick how I like it but not great in flavor I ordered chocolate and it wasn’t very chocolatey probably wouldn’t comeback. Overpriced for sure
