The burritos were wrapped so loosely that they completely fell apart. By the time I opened them, everything had leaked out and they were basically impossible to eat properly. This isn’t a delivery issue — it’s a training and quality control issue. Your employees need better training on how to wrap burritos correctly. When customers are paying for food they plan to save and eat later, basic preparation matters. Very frustrating experience.
