People in line actually sat down because of how long they were waiting and only had one guy working the register/line while the others were focused on cleaning and closing already when the hours say they close at 11:00? The food looked -DISGUSTING- and dryer than a burnt steak left out all day under a heat lamp. We waited 16 minutes and the line moved one person with the monitors in the red behind on everyone’s order. This location has been rumored to be in the works of being shut down, but really, they need to pull the plug and do it already and replace it with a chipotle, better staff, and better management.
