    Food is always good. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The atmosphere is next level. Never disappointed. Highly recommend.

    The Chicago style hotdogs are fantastic, as well as the onion rings. I could order that for lunch almost any day of the week and be satisfied. As for the Italian beef sandwich’s there is a lot to be desired. I’ve tried them on multiple occasions and they’re always very dry and gritty. The meat essentially falls apart in your mouth, but not in a good way. I’ll stick with the hotdogs instead. I’m otherwise I have no complaints!

    I was visiting with family and never heard of Portillos. The menu was easy to read and showed burgers, hot dogs, and desert. At 1st thought I was like what could this place offer me that another couldn't? Answer: Everything! Price right for the food quality! A sit down type fast food leaning towards restaurant. Example: Fazollis. (Without a drive-thru!) The Burger was amazing!!!!! I never eat my left overs but I did with this burger. My sister got a cake that was awesome, but she had a strawberry shortcake as well, and when I put that in my mouth I was in Shortcake heaven. I mean I rarely ever close my eyes murmuring and enjoying every second of flavor. I would recommend this place to everyone hands down!!!!!
