  Actually terrible. The pizza was supposed to be done by 545. Wasn’t in my hand until 6:10. It was in the heater oven thing for 5 mins once it was done but I was there waiting. The girl in the front could barely function and you could tell was on something. She was hiding behind the wall and from where I was sitting you could see her sniff something. And she keep sniffing and sniffing after when trying to do her job. Hmm wonder what that could be! Had to have her other co worker take over because she couldn’t find orders and get it together. Tables were a mess garbage everywhere. So disgusting.

  Pizza huts are turning into Domino's. Staff was great and it was new years eve. 5 people, half the sitting area was for pizza boxes. Order at the counter not the table, absolutely no condiments like the mandatory cheese shaker. Garbage can was 1 small can that barely fit a box. New years rush probably effected this. But great job by the staff keeping upbeat and attention to us while ordering. Good crew and they were busy. Many were carrying out 5-6 boxes.

  Never had any issue with the store/food from this location. Our go to place for pizza.

  Order online for pickup, skip the tip screen because... I'm picking it up. Go to pick it up, sign the receipt and skip the tip section. handing the signed receipt to them, employee points to the pin pad and says, "It's going to ask you a question". I look down and see 4 little boxes under a header that says Tip? 18%, 20%, 25%, Custom. This is getting ridiculous. Quit subsidizing fair wages by shaming customers into tipping, pay your team better and stop the begging. If a driver had gone to the effort of going out in this bitter cold to deliver it, that's service worth compensating. Making the pizza is literally the baseline and should be priced without begging for tips.

  Insane! Got there early, “I am starting your pizza,”waited 10 mins ( was a shift change) “we can’t find your pizza” $20 credit next time. 1 person came in. Did they give them my pizza? This Pizza Hut and every one needs to be shut down. No one will miss Pizza Hut just go away, all of you. Boneless wings weren’t cooked. Kid ate one. Wait and see if anyone gets sick at home. Please don’t come here.
