I called in at 430 when my order was supposed to be delivered for my daughter’s first birthday party, and it wasn’t here. When checked tracking it showed it was still being made, so I called I asked when it would be ready she said 25-30 minutes. Called back 25 minutes later still in the same status, even though she said she would priotize it. Then when I called back she said she didn’t know when it would be done, had to cancel my order and find another option before my guests arrived. Will never do business there again, didn’t even get an apology or anything!
