There is no reason I should be ordering ahead on the app, and it takes 10+ minutes for a single sausage egg mcmuffin. Way too prioritized on drive through and ignores the lobby 2/3rds of the time. Its unacceptable.

Every time we go the service is terrible and slow but we continue to go because it’s so close. Tonight I finally used the mobile app hoping this would make the service a bit better. I had high hopes and then again, Terrible service. I even explained my concern to the gentleman at the window but he could care less about trying to resolve my concern. I’m done going to this location! I will drive further even if the service is just a little better.
