I want to start by saying I’m not a Karen, and am actually a fellow service worker, and that’s why I’m compelled to leave this message because the service that I’ve gotten the last few times I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s has been abominable. I’m not sure if it’s just the people you have working at the drive-through, but there is no customer service. I was stared at until I initiated what I needed, even though I’d already ordered, and I’ve just been treated very rudely, which makes me realize that’s something that needs to be worked on. Fix your attitude if you choose to work in customer service. I’m leaving this in hopes that it can make your experience and your customers experiences much better, because I’m not sure if I will be coming back— and I love Jimmy John’s, so that’s saying something.

Your standard JJs level of service: simple, quick, curtious and easy. The place is a bit loud for my tastes during the day as I enjoy a place I can get a bit of work done too, but that's expected and standard of JJs, so it's not a complaint by any stretch of the imagination. Foods always good, breads nice. Will return !
