  Took an hour to deliver to a location only 4 minutes away from the store. Employees on the phone can provide no valuable info other than it’s a “third party delivery” aka through DoorDash or Uber even when you order through the app. They don’t even apologize or explain further 🤷‍♀️ management issue or staff issue? You’ll never know

  Order sent via Uber due to having no drivers. That’s totally understandable. The issue was the woman I spoke to who mentioned she was the manager. Rushed me over the phone putting the restaurant problems on customers vs showing empathy. I’m working on a timeline to get my daughter food for a sport tournament and she is telling me to calm down and not offering solutions. Did not offer to cancel order until I mentioned it myself. I would not recommend this location as other Jimmy John’s I have been to have had much better service then this one. I cannot recommend it at this time

  Dined in yesterday only two people working they were distracted with stuff in the back had to yell to get their attention. Employee apologized telling me everybody else called in sick. Watched employee wipe his runny nose and not wash his hands before making an order as I was leaving I am now sick the next day do not recommend going here

  I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap to go, what I was given was a chicken wrap with jalapeños and without bacon. Didn’t ask my name and was not given a receipt. I have always enjoyed Jimmy John’s food, I will just avoid this location.
