  Apparently this Dunkin doesn’t follow corporate decisions. Dunkin corporate posted that you can get a free coffee mitten with purchase of an iced drink at 10am EST (9am CST). We went at 9am CST and they refused to honor the giveaway despite us showing the post that said it was for 10 EST. They said they’re not doing it until 10 CST regardless. We wouldn’t have gotten coffee yet if we had realized that they weren’t going to follow the guidelines. Coffee is almost always good, so 1 star for the terrible service, but an extra star for good coffee.

  Don’t waste your time ordering anything from her at all , I was at the drive through I order two egg and cheese croissant and a coffee as soon I was driving off with my order I realized that there was only one in my bag & the coffee was very much disgusting never have I wasted anything like that in my life , they have more then 5 people behind the cashier but aren’t helping customers walk in & if they are it’s with a attitude, I didn’t ask them work here so why treat customers very disrespectful knowing we’re spending money here ? They was highly disrespectful they refused to give me my other food so I cussed them out & walked away then she going tell me I’m calling the police if you don’t leave & your trespassed from here 🤣🤣🤣 are they cool you can’t trespass anyone unless your a officer like byee I’m not stupid I definitely know how things work , so I called the police & only thing officer could tell me was call Corporate and make a Google review about them so others don’t come here ! I REPEAT DONT COME HERE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM at all

  We got 2 large ice coffees that were terrible. $13.20 for burnt flavored un drinkable coffee. We go to Dunkin in Hastings and never had a problem.

  Today I walked into my Mom's favorite donut and coffee place, after losing her. There was the sweetest gal who helped us. She saw my sadness and was so kind and pleasant. This was a very clean site, staff was beyond kind .

  The service here was good, they were very attentive and seemed like everyone enjoyed their job lol. Fastest drive thru line I have ever seen.
