    Workers need to be abit nicer to each other, some workers don’t keep it professional and just swear and yell at each other. I also think you guys need new managers.

    Stopped by on 11/17/25 at about 1:55pm and will never come back to this location. I ordered via drive-thru and the ordering was simple enough. The young lady did not respond when I said, "thank you." But the worst thing was the young man who took my payment. I noticed his moments were very calculated. He tried his best not to touch me at all. When giving my card back, to handling the food, to handing my drink and ketchup to me. I'm pretty sure it's was because of my appearance. I'm mixed, but look black. He smiled as he opened the window initially until he saw my face. When I tired to thank him he closed the window pretty quickly. So sad, this was my first and last trip to this location.

    Stopped by at 7:30 on 11-7-2025. Staff was super friendly - fast and efficient taking our order even though it was complex with eat in and take out items on the same order. Spoke to manager and told her how awesome they are. Other restaurants could learn from how this store is managed. Keep up the great work, we will ALWAYS prioritize coming to Dairy Queen in Woodbury from now on.

    Been here a few times. Every blizzard is essentially just soft served ice cream and very tiny crumb bits. Might as well travel elsewhere to get a blizzard.
