    Absolutely disgusting, all countertops used to prepare the food were dirty. Dry and old beans/ingredients used to make entrees. Will not be returning.

    They'll give you corn salsa for free as a side, but they're "not allowed" to add a scoop of it to your quesadilla. The manager didn't know why, just said they couldn't. I imagine this is a corporate directive to avoid a Starbucks-style problem of excessive customization holding up the line, but there's a big difference between adding a scoop of something on the assembly line, that they'll separately scoop for you anyway, and having to run around for different syrups or gathering niche milk knockoffs. A misguided policy, mindlessly executed.

    You can't walk in and order food. They are digital only! Meaning you have to order online. There were at least twenty people sitting in the lobby waiting for their food. Myself and 3 other people turned around and walked away. So they lost our business. What a stupid business model.
