Theres been several times now, where I’ve paid for extra cream cheese and I haven’t been able to come back. I ordered a medium vanilla latte this morning with extra vanilla, and there was not a drop of vanilla in it. I work in customer service so I understand sometimes things happen but it’s every single time with the store. I think it’s going to be a corporate call because it’s starting to feel deliberate, unless the employees don’t know how to read.
