I ordered a Christmas cake online several days in advance for pickup on 12/23, and when I arrived, the store had no record of my order—even though my credit card had already been charged. The staff was unhelpful and made me wait about 20 minutes while they called their manager, all while acting confused and indifferent. No one apologized, and they initially refused to issue a refund. After leaving, I called their customer service line, waited on hold for 30 minutes, and left a message for the store manager, who never bothered to call me back. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and not placing any orders here.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
