Not busy at all and everyone inside working seemed confused about there particular space where they should be working. Everyone of them was talking to each other with absolutely no configuration. I’m not sure whether to be sorry for the manager or blame the manager. At the end of the day, the biggest problem is that the guy at the drive-through reach his hand in my bag about nine times and touching my food. Of course those guys are not wash their hands on a regular basis and still messed up my order.
Extremely disappointed in the service.

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE CONSUMPTION. My fiancee and I ordered through the drive thru and then went to back to our place to eat and I finished my bowl and noticed the sticker on the bottom that said use by Halloween. I implored her to atop eating and check her bowl and it had a use by date of 10/30. This isn't safe product handling or proper food handling. The bowl wasn't warmed up all the way through and I'm glad that I was able to stop her from eating the rest of the bowl. Only reason service is a 2 was because the people were nice. THROW OUT YOUR EXPIRED FOOD INSTEAD OF SERVING IT TO PEOPLE!!

Beyond disappointed… the streak was soft as jerky🫣 2/3 of the bowl was cold🙄 I’m assuming the Mac b cheese wasn’t stirred🤔 the l fried onions were the best item in the bowl. I see what Arby’s tried to do. I’m just the recipient of an abysmal effort, if it was busy, I’d be far more understanding. It was slow. There was time to make a good effort.
Maybe next time 😔

It's NOT fast food at the Woodbury Arby's! We waited forever for our food. NEVER AGAIN!
