- LLLily2 days ago1.0This location specifically gives me trouble every time I try to use perks account or redeem rewards. If you’re planning to visit and use rewards-expect a problem, and a long wait to figure it out. A few times I’ve been told I’m wrong by the cashier but the app shows the correct price the order should be after rewards are applied. Then the cashier tries to match it. I’ve also had a cashier take my phone, tell me I was wrong, redeem multiple rewards of mine, still couldn’t ring it right- then gave me some change off my order and wasted all my points I had earned. The app works fine every where else, and I’m not gaslit when trying to use it. This review is simply about how the customer service/knowledge is lacking during this process, and this location specifically can’t get the perks right after over a year. I dread going to this location and I wish they would fix this because it’s closest to my home.

Always get my stuff right but I'm not a fancy drink person. I have faith though they know all the half caff, latte, double pump, yummies.
- ACAj C5 days ago1.0Ordered a $12 frozen drink with extra money spent on things to be added into it, the items that I paid extra for where not added, I commented about the drizzle because I could notice right away that it had none and they put a tiny little bit on it that didn’t affect the flavor of the drink also when I was handed this drink it was completely melted leading me to believe they gave me some old drink because it was melted and did not have the extras I paid for
