- RGRichard GarvaisDec 17, 20251.0Older lady long grey hair was working today 12/17 seemed like she was having a bad day controlled the conversation was hard to even tell her what I wanted over the fast questions and your an inconvenience additude she had also the lettuce was rotten she scooped to the bottom of the bin and flipped it to the top to grab some fresher lettuce I wanted to ask for fresh lettuce but she already seemed in a mood idk if I even want to eat this sub won't be coming back!
- KGKay gueningsmanDec 11, 20251.0I was the only person in this Subway this afternoon and was greeted by a young man who I thought was very nice. Well that all changed very quickly. When asked what toppings I wanted for my sandwich I saw that the lettuce was very very disgusting should of been thrown away. So I asked if I could have the new lettuce. Nope he said he couldn't do that, inventory and cost issues. He went on to say he was tired and didn't want to be there and when I asked again for lettuce he said "Just keep talking" and "why dont you just leave". Wow great customer service. I took a pic of the lettuce and he made a derogatory comment on that and when I asked him his name he said Hmmmmm. Very belligerent and combative. I kept my cool paid for my less than finished sandwich and left. Manager nor anyone else were not there so will confront her in the a.m. I heard she is probably not going to care either. Maybe the owner will. Besides this terrible experience the work space is usually always dirty and unkept. Too bad there is no other fastcfood in town or i would NEVER go there it's horrible.

Usually even when i ask at other subways, i get very little even when asked for more. Well, this employee understood the assignment and SAUCED IT UP! im a very saucy sub kinda person 🤪 and she did not disappoint in this! Just wanted to share praise her way! Thanks! I probabaly wont be going to any other subways around here but that one! 🤤🤤
