  This location is downright disgusting and filthy. There is food everywhere and the beans had obviously been sitting out so long they looked disgusting. As I was leaving I saw an employee taking temperature of the food and they were sticking the same thermometer into the cheese, and then right into the lettuce, which is clear cross contamination. I threw away my food and went to taco Bell across the street. Avoid unless you enjoy food poisoning as they seem to be the most unsafe chipotle I have ever been to.

  Chipotle is well known so I want to limit my comments to the quality of the food which I enjoyed and the service that was friendly and fast. I did take out but my wife and I agreed that dine in would be fine.

  It’s been 4 years since I had Chipotle because I moved from AZ to Winona, MN and I am left here wondering what happened?! I ordered a burrito bowl and got slop….literally SLOP! And even worse it was COLD! I had to dig to find the meat, they layered the add ons but for rice, lettuce and meat it’s a joke. I am so disappointed, I had seen other reviews before going that stated similar complaints as mine but I was hoping it was a fluke of poor training. Now I wonder if this is the new normal for the company, are standards this bad in the food industry? I used to order Chipotle once a week in AZ and it never looked like this and I never needed to ask for “extra meat”. The prices definitely went up, just like everywhere else but obviously the food quality went down too. So I paid more for less…so depressing. Won’t be making this mistake again and urge other people to not even bother going here.

  The food here is fresh and fantastic. It opened in December and all the employees have improved greatly since then. Every time I go the experiment gets better! Highly recommend giving it a try, it puts Qdoba to shame. Most of the bad reviews on here are for mobile orders and are one time flukes. I never had a single problem and eat here a few times a week! A must try

  Im not going to lie I was so excited to be able to have a Chipotle in winona I came from a big city with tons of choices and not being able to have the things im use to because I now live in winona minnesota really stinks so having a Chipotle makes my year hower the amount of meat I now am getting in my burrito has become sad when they first opened i had gone inside and watched them make my food the the proportions were perfect everything was great but as time has gone by and now that I order online and pick up at the window not watching them make my food the amount of meat has just gotten worse when I say that last time I literally had 9 pieces of steak in my burrito 9 !! That's a little upsetting to me i hope you are able to correct this I dont know what else to do but make everyone aware of it other then that keep up the great work !!
