  I don't want to be THAT person, but I have been here twice with neither being a great experience. Both times I ordered on the app (which I usually do whether I am in La Crosse or my hometown in central MN), and both times the Winona location got it wrong. The first time, I asked for hot salsa on the side, but they put it ON my burrito. Today, I ordered a burrito, and they gave me a bowl with no utensils. To top it off, the bowl they gave me didn't match my order at all (it had beans and tomatoes, which I never order on mine). I am hoping third time will be the charm; otherwise, I will stick with Qdoba or the La Crosse location. Both times, the service at the drive thru window was pretty mediocre, nothing to "write home about".

  Impossible to get ahold of anyone at this store. Just a bunch of ai robots who don’t help you at all and refuse to send you to an actual human. All I needed to do was change the time on my order and I spent 1 hour unsuccessfully doing so.

  Shoutout to Cameron for above & beyond service! Everyone in here is working hard and truly cares about providing a good experience. Other than being out of the chimichurri I was excited to try, the food is all fresh and plentiful. Nice & warm vibes inside.

  Ordered Chipotle through the app… it said it would be ready in 10-20 minutes, so I get there and am waiting for my food. 40 minutes pass by and my order isn’t ready. It took an hour for my food to come out and once I got it, there was missing items. They filled my to go box for my quesadilla with sour cream in every extra slot. It was everywhere and I didn’t ask for all of that. I got no rice with my entree and no beans like I had ordered. Was not a great experience at all.

  As a busy mom and professional, I don’t always get the chance to enjoy a quick, healthy meal out, but I’m so glad I finally got the chance to check out the newly opened Chipotle in Winona! I’ve been a fan of the Chipotle in Rochester for years, and I’ve always wished we had one closer. So, when I heard they were opening a location in Winona, I was thrilled! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The restaurant has a fresh, clean, and modern vibe that makes it feel inviting and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and you could tell they were excited to be part of the community. I’ve always loved the food at Chipotle, and the quality and flavor at this new location definitely lived up to my expectations. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted so vibrant. My burrito bowl was packed with the perfect balance of flavors. I went with the barbacoa, which was tender and full of flavor, and the salsas had just the right amount of spice without being too hot. What I really appreciated was how quickly I was served. It was busy, but the line moved fast, and the employees were efficient while still being personable. Plus, they gave me a few extra chips (always a win!). I also noticed they had an easy-to-use mobile order pickup station, which will definitely be handy for those days when I’m running between meetings. All in all, I’m so happy to have Chipotle in Winona now - it’s like having a taste of Rochester right here. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick, flavorful, and fresh meal!
