Short stout Hispanic man stepped in between my 2 items looked pissy, stared into space, looked like he was mad to have to WORK at work. HAD TO go get more white rice... Wasn't happy 'bout that! Other 2 servers were nice enough. Medium height skinny dude and short girl at register. an overall uneasy transaction. Burrito was pretty good with Taco Bell Taco sauce added. Sorry but Gilbertos is way too friendly and happy to see me. Thursday 16 April evening.
- KBK BApr 12, 20261.0I’ve never eaten at a Qdoba until today. Huge mistake! I honestly can’t figure out why or how anyone eats here. The food is inedible, disgusting, smells terrible. The grilled steak, shrimp and birria beef all smelled and tasted RANK!! The shrimp smelled and tasted like sweaty gym shoes. Seriously! How can anyone serve this and think it’s ok??? The “free” chips and dip was really $5. Guac and Queso tasted rotten. $45 for two small bowls of rice and rancid meat. Portions are just stupid small. Unbelievable. I feel like a moron for falling for it. I paid for garbage because that’s exactly where it ended up.

The fresh produce they use tastes good, the meats are flavorful and not too spicy...unless you want it that way and staff attire was clean, hands were clean, gloves were used. Well maintained building and all staff were quick, efficient, helpful and friendly. Evan, a manager was really helpful in my selections... I'm hot 🔥 food intolerant.😊 It was really yummy food! Great place! They are great caterers too!
