  Behold: the worst McDonald's in Central Minnesota! If you love waiting for your food as long as it would take at a real restaurant, then this is your kinda place! Oh, and like everyone else says, they quite frequently mess up your order if you go in when night shift is working. You'd have the same experience eating a burger in the Kandi Landfill. Typical Willmar Experince.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered ahead and still waited 20 minutes before going inside to check on my order only to find out they hadn’t even started preparing it. After that, I stood there for another 10 minutes waiting for them to finally make my food. Not a single employee apologized for the delay or even acknowledged the inconvenience. To make matters worse, when we finally received our order, it was incorrect. Both drinks had no ice and were completely flat. The lack of attention to detail and basic customer service was shocking. While waiting, we could also hear employees openly talking about wanting to quit, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in the experience. This location has been getting worse and worse over time, and it’s frustrating to see such a decline in both service and quality. Management seriously needs to step in and address these issues. Unfortunately it’s not possible to leave a 0 out of 5 stars so I had to leave 1… Save yourself the trip and make your food at home!
