They didn't have the correct ingredient that I paid extra for. It was sliced avocado that the app gave as an extra option. They put guacamole spread all over the sandwich. I wasn't upset but called to let them know what happened and ask for a free sandwich in the future to cover for it because I do not like their spread. A man who answered was rude and hesitant on giving me a free sandwich to make up for the one I wouldn't eat. He made me feel like it was my fault and said in the future know they don't have that ingredient. Well get it off the darn app if you don't have it or call the customer to clarify and explain you don't have it. I don't know how that all works but I didn't need to be treated that way. It was on the ticket. Bad customer service.
