  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered ahead and still waited 20 minutes before going inside to check on my order only to find out they hadn’t even started preparing it. After that, I stood there for another 10 minutes waiting for them to finally make my food. Not a single employee apologized for the delay or even acknowledged the inconvenience. To make matters worse, when we finally received our order, it was incorrect. Both drinks had no ice and were completely flat. The lack of attention to detail and basic customer service was shocking. While waiting, we could also hear employees openly talking about wanting to quit, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in the experience. This location has been getting worse and worse over time, and it’s frustrating to see such a decline in both service and quality. Management seriously needs to step in and address these issues. Unfortunately it’s not possible to leave a 0 out of 5 stars so I had to leave 1… Save yourself the trip and make your food at home!

  My order had a happy meal, mcnuggets, frys, and two drinks. Waited 30 minutes for my meal, only to realize the forgot my drink. Got that and left with my bag and realize they forgot an ENTIRE happy meal. Not impressed with the cleanliness either.

  food was cold they took forever for my food had me waiting 10 min on drive thru yet they got my order wrong thats another 10 min waiting, hate it

  For fast food, I always end up waiting forever here. I usually made mobile orders with the drive thru but even with 2 lanes, it took so long. Last time, thought I'd try a mobile order where you pick it up at the counter. I literally waited a good 20 minutes or more from time of ordering to getting food. Single item, not even a meal but I had to wait as the app wouldn't let me cancel!

  While in the drive thru we had sat and waited 30min in line, only for us to wait another 30min at the second service window. No one came out to the window to tell us anything just kept watching employees scrambling around. What was supposed to be quick dinner turned into being late to an important thing we were doing. While inside on multiple occasions I was made very uncomfortable as a group of Somali guys standing just behind me were making a ruckus, sweating, running around, and making crude comments at me thinking I didn't hear. This is a place where kids frequent often and for them to be doing that and not one employee came to check on things just doesn't sit right. I loved this restaurant chain as a kid but it's gone so downhill in my opinion
