I order iced carmel lattes, and they argue with me that it is a Carmel highrise. There is a .50 cent difference on those drinks and I constantly get charged for a highrise when ordering a LATTE.. I should not have to train the employees. This caribou needs help big time with training employees and having consistent drinks. I've never had such a problem with drinks tasting awful every time before been here multiple times. Thank god the cabin opened!!!!
