  Me and my gf ordered two of the same Cantina bowls, same exact bowls. One of the bowls had less than the other and it was missing some toppings. 2 small pieces of steak in a bowl?? Really??

  Manager Isaac will not take accountability for mistakes or missing food items, especially if order comes through Taco Bell app. If you order and pay via the app and pick up in store, you better hope they fill the order correctly. If not, Isaac will tell you there is nothing he can do and he cannot give you the missing products. He will direct you back to the app to try to get your money back and if you are unhappy about that, he will shrug and be unhelpful. He can’t or won’t even tell you the toll free customer service number (turns out to be 1-800-TACO-BELL - how hard is that for a store manager to remember?). Bottom line: this store location has bottom of the barrel customer service.

  I went to the window to order and the lady was very pleasant but the manager and the cook they got my order wrong and when i told them he didn't believe me when i told him that he left off my Nacho cheese he took the bowl out of my hand and stuck his finger in it and said No i didn't so i was livid and asked for my money back he got made at me and said. do you want me to make you another one or not . No Thank you

  I had a great experience at this Taco Bell. There was a girl named Heidi (I asked her what her name was because I wanted to include it in this review. Because I was so impressed with her) working up front that was just busting her butt, working so hard to get everybody's food and their drinks out and taking money and some other girl was just on her phone. If it wasn't for the girl named Heidi, I don't know what would have happened at the place. I was super impressed with her and I have a lot of past restaurant management experience and would have hired her in a minute, had I still been in that field. My food was absolutely excellent, super fresh and fall of meat and vegetables and cheese, my order was spot on and hot, and I love this new white sauce that they have. I spent about $30 on food there, so I got quite a variety of things. And everything was perfect, and I had Taco Bell leftovers the night's day and they were still really good. I will definitely go back to this spot for Taco Bell...It's a smaller interior but I actually liked that because it was super clean and it kind of gave off cozy vibes, plus it was so efficient. I was so happy that I didn't have to wait forever. And that my order wasn't screwed up. I would definitely go out of my way to go to this location again.
