I got both of my sandwiches and both of my chips but one sandwich literally had jalapeño on it, but I asked for a banana peppers and I don’t get how you messed that up? And then we didn’t even get our cookies or our drink. So they messed up four of our things. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. they dont know anything or how to make a sandwich correct, or give us what we paid for. we paid 30$

Whenever I’m in for lunch, there’s a guy in a bandana showing this newer guy the ropes. You can really tell he cares about his job and takes it seriously. Always kind and I always appreciate it.

- KLKyra LudwigsonJan 9, 20261.0Arrived at 12:12 There was one employee obsessively washing the sink. There were 6 people in line and 3 cars, along with online orders piling up. She washed the sink for 8 minutes and kept saying, I’ll be right with you. 3 people walked out. She said she was alone because her coworker went out for an errand. This was prime lunch time! After she finally washed and dried the sink, she washed her hands. She went back and cleaned the sink some more, and washed her hands again and dried the sink again. I was second in line and was in there until 12:30, when I finally got my 6” sandwich. As I was leaving, the second employee came back. I have never had such poor service. They definitely have an employee problem.
