She washed the sink for 8 minutes and kept saying, I’ll be right with you. 3 people walked out. She said she was alone because her coworker went out for an errand. This was prime lunch time! After she finally washed and dried the sink, she washed her hands. She went back and cleaned the sink some more, and washed her hands again and dried the sink again. I was second in line and was in there until 12:30, when I finally got my 6” sandwich. As I was leaving, the second employee came back. I have never had such poor service. They definitely have an employee problem.
