I politely asked if they could remake it, but was told they “can’t take back a drink.” To make matters worse, right after refusing me, they turned around and gave the person behind me a free coffee. It felt dismissive, inconsistent, and honestly ruined what should have been a special day. I’ve always liked Caribou, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. If this is how customer service is handled, especially for loyal Perks members on their birthday, I don’t know that I’ll be coming back.
