I asked if I could get light ice or no ice in my drink and the employee taking the order said that was no problem, then the worker making my drink yelled out my name and unpleasantly said she cannot and will not make it without ice and if I don’t want ice I have to take it out myself. I would have thought this poor lady was just having a bad day and shrug it off but the same thing happened the last time we were here. Every other Caribou I have ever ordered at has never had a problem making this without ice, and always with a kind and happy attitude. This lady was really loud, seemed upset, not in a good mood, and had very poor customer service.

Not to mention the coffee is AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend getting coffee here! Atmosphere is also great for doing homework and studying. Clean tables and bathroom, plus cozy chairs and a fireplace!
