  Normally I like Panera. It's a bit overpriced but usually tasty. Anyway, I had to place an order for bagels and sweets to deliver to a customer and did so online. The price for bulk orders seemed attractive. Of course, there's a pop up to sign up for the loyalty program and save $5 on an order of $10 or more. So, I did thinking maybe this will be my place. Anyway, I signed up and the offer disappeared and there was no discount applied. Looked and I couldn't find it anywhere. Go to pick it up and notice that these "Dubai cookies" which are ridiculously expensive are miniature, AND NOT VERY GOOD. You get NO cream cheese with a half dozen bagels and its nearly $2/single serve cup. As if that's not enough I mention the thing about the $5 discount and the manager comes out and asks for the promotion. I told him where it was and that it disappeared for good after signing up and he said so do you have documentation for the discount!?! Too, many dirty tricks all in one transaction. You've lost my trust and my business. Another Corporate greed machine.

  Paid $11 for Mac and cheese. Receipt had a tick mark on it as if they checked to make sure the item was in the bag. The item was in fact, not in the bag. Soup and sandwich sucked. Paid $20 and I’m still hungry. The app to submit an issue with an order is so bad it’s infuriating. Stop going here, the panera bread we once knew is gone, this place absolutely sucks all around.
