The food is low quality, poorly assembled, and the management seems completely clueless. I’ve ordered from this place several times, and only twice was the food even close to satisfactory. The $15 Dipper Steak Sandwich had barely any meat or cheese, and what was there was dry and completely flavorless. The soup was basically just broth—no vegetables, no chicken, no rice. The other sandwich was just as bad. I tried giving this place multiple chances to get it right, but it has been failure after failure. Even the bagels were rock-hard, as if they were made days ago. I refuse to spend my hard-earned money on food this gross. What a shame. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

The cheesesteak overall was very dry, but the meat was tender. The salad had good flavor, the lettuce was not crisp & i didn't see much for pumpkin seads. 1/2 way through eating the salad my body rejected it. The cheesesteak was not rejected just dry.

The cups are on one side of the restaurant and the coffee is on the other. Then you have to go collect your food at the counter. If you don't have a lot of time for lunch, you might want to go somewhere, but it's more convenient to be served all in one go.
