  The service in this place is trash and disrespectful they short your food…don’t speak English or pretend like they don’t and ignore your instructions for your food.. acting like they did us a huge favor taking our money …zero out of zero for this store throw the whole crew away and please make sure there is ICE in the ICE machine please

  I ordered a bowl and was charged for extra meat that I didn't ask for and never received. The staff was rude the entire time I was trying to discuss it with them.

  Yulissa is really rude and unprofessional a lot with the manager they are overcharging customers their bill putting extra meat and such when it’s not asked for avoid this place if you don’t want to get extra charged for nasty food and nasty services from unprofessional employees and managers

  Not a great place to go. A customer was complaining today about an overcharge and the employees and manager were very dismissive and disrespectful. With how things are to see these people disrespect their customers, it really makes one wonder whether or not it’s worth giving to these companies. Shame on you Chipotle, shame on your employees and management.

  Usually I would just let something like this go, but with everything that has been going basic respect Is too much to ask apparently. Went to chipotle as got a burrito with queso and chimichurri, cashiers girl asked me if I asked for extra queso where I said yes she said total of 24 dollars and I said out loud “24? “ and she asked again “did you got extra queso?” I said yes whatever I paid while I’m eating I’m like my receipt most be here just to see that I was charged for extra meat and also queso on the side that if you know is more expensive than in your burrito/bowl whatever I went there and asked without trying to make a scene”hey you charge me for extra meat that I didn’t ask for not I got the extra meat” whatever had a whole discussion confusion happen whatever, manager comes and then I asked about the queso because since I am already getting a refund I want to know why or what’s going on, everyone starting to look at me like I’m crazy, employees started laughing at the way I talk and my accent, manager said she could not understand what I was saying at all and then people on the line started laughing at me and calling me Karen. Are we supposed to be okay in being overcharged ? Is basic respect too much to ask? Not surprise because this chipotle on Robert is poorly managed and not taken care of. Literally left threw my food away and everyone was laughing at me as I walked out.
