Every time I order something from this location they never have drivers….. Poor customer service at this point just close this location they can’t even service the customers highly disappointed……

Ordered the GIANT J.J.B.L.T. with extra bacon for delivery about a month ago. I got bread and one piece of bacon NOTHING ELSE WAS ON THE SANDWICH. I Paid $25 plus $5 tip. When I called to inform them what happened, I was told " the manager is not available and I would need to call back. Will never order here again. I should have ordered from Jersey Mike's Subs instead

A smile and a greeting makes a huge difference. There is a deficiency of both of these. Lighting up the place and customer engagement would be recommended.

I ordered the roast beef pickle which and they put ONE slice of roast beef and forgot the cheese. Mind you, I’m pregnant and have been craving this for so long. Now I’m starving and need to go buy a second lunch. So disappointing.
