I asked for my coffee to not have whipped cream 2x, I pulled up, got my drink before i wanted to tip, the coffee had whipped cream, I asked the cashier no for no whipped cream again. She grabbed my drink and spooned out the whipped cream. Half of my cup was empty. That’s insane. Ended up throwing it away.

Great friendly staff here, and I always enjoy talking to the baristas when I pick up my order! I know this location sometimes doesn’t ask if I want to use my points, but I save up so many and like to gift my rewards to friends in the app, so it honestly speeds up the transaction so much and I appreciate it a lot!

Last time I went, it had been quite a while since I've received the free drink or bakery item from my points rewards. I had asked if that one could be a free drink. The drive through person said they couldn't see how many points I have exactly, but it wasn't enough to get a freebie today. Cool, I probably didn't have quite enough. Today I figured I'd check in before I drove to this one again. I logged into my Caribou account online to make sure I had enough. I have not been to a Caribou since my last stop at this location and only spent the normal $6-7 last time. My account had 71 points this morning, only 50 are needed for the free drink... So today I tried again. This time I didn't bring up the free drink - any other location sees that I have the free option and tells me I can redeem that or keep saving. Not this location, the drive through person told me my total and that was it. They actually stared saying "It looks like you have..." the line cut and she came back on to tell me it'll be $7 and change at the window. Now I'm thinking.. maybe I have the wrong account log in. Maybe the one I've logged into is not attached to the phone number I gave? I will attach screen shots of the points totals before and after showing the 71 and 78 points. I'm not sure what's wrong at this location, or if they're trying to get sales numbers up? They are not letting me redeem points. Even when I ask and have enough they've told me I don't.
