Not inly did it have no ice but i was greeted very rudely at the window when waiting for my latte. They opened the window and started at me like I was holding up their line when the forgot my latte. I was very polite and reminded them i payed for a latte. The latte was literally sour and warm. I also got two bagels and my partner and I both had to throw them away because of how stale and burnt they were. 15$ and 45 minutes wasted. Dunkin yall better fix this location because now because of them I will not being going back to any dunkin. Literally disgusting.

Pulled up told her I had a mobile order she told me to pull ahead, and then proceeds to tell me it’s $8 something? I paid already it’s a mobile order told her again and she wants to tell me the ticket didn’t print out and I showed her proof on my phone and she’s looking at me like I spoke a different language and then she wants to tell me I’m the new generation to figure out how to go about getting a refund on my phone???WHOLE TIME MY DRINKS WERE IN HER FACE? someone please train her and on her customer service skills.
