  Went in for lunch, the apparent gm absolutely smelled like weed and you think it would be against procedure or company rules to even smoke while at work but to walk around in a hoodie and smell like a dispensary is out raging. Asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the gm so I ended up not getting food. It’s disgusting and unprofessional. The other workers were working their butts off and he was like a turtle. Shouldnt be high at work.

  Came in for the Free Smells but left with a belly full of sandwich. The #14 is bussin but I don't think you can go wrong with any selection on the menu. Service was top notch, they got that sammich out quick, and it sure hit the spot. Will return and recommend!

  Have to say I had a great customer experience with Damon , very friendly and professional I will be coming in more often because of him!

  Stopped around 7:30 pm on 12-4-25. Two employees saw me but just stood there. Didn't greet me or come to the register to take my order. No other customers in the store. It was so creepy I just left. This place used to be good.

  It's been years since I last went to Jimmy John's and after today's visit, the long absence will continue. As for the food, not a big fan of just one type (Provolone) of cheese. I ordered a giant tuna and the disappointment was the tuna was wet (instead of mixing mayo with dry tuna) it was unstrained tuna with mayo applied to the bun. Service was fast and I feel for the line staff as they really try to make a positive experience, however, all the tables were dirty, had to ask for napkins, and the price was on the high end of the fast food spectrum. When I went to Google to write this review, the first thing I noticed was the overall rating of 3.5? and one star reviews immediately below it. In closing, I can't recommend.
