I was told “online ordering only” when I walked in to order in person. Never seen any other chipotle do that. If you can’t take both sides of ordering, maybe put in measures to slow down the online side? Also, the parking is just awful here. If they could, I feel like building a spot just outside the Lund’s parking lot next door would be a lot better overall. More parking, more customers, more restaurant space haha

I asked for more lettuce he blatantly rolled his eyes at me lol. Threw all my topping on so rude…. The cashier was pretty nice. I had to return the chips though because they were sooooo DRY and burnt and nasty. I didn’t even wait for a refund just gave them back (main reason I went to chipotle was for the chips 😩) … it’s pretty dirty in there too… smh
