Used to be a great location that always got my orders right. Now when I place my mobile orders, my order is wrong or just poorly made/prepared. I ordered a brisket sandwich and there was barely any brisket in there at all. I order a bagel toasted and it’s cold. I’ve stopped going there completely. Extremely disappointing.

Something going on with Bruegger's lately... multiple locations (including this one) with flatter, less glossy bagels (probably because of something different/messed up with the boiling process). Breugger's used to be the best bagel in the Twin Cities metro (which was already kind of sad really) but now you're better off waiting for your chance at a drop from Mogi's or JerseyGirlBagels...

Bagels are still good. Service is poor. I ordered a salmon sandwich, the way I like it, hash browns and two extra bagels. The sandwich was fine, the hash browns were too greasy to eat so I threw them out, and they forgot my two extra bagels. Thankfully, I checked my bag and realized my two bagels were missing. I went up to the counter and said they were missing. The guy that put my order together grabbed the bagels, that were right in front of him, and handed them to me, no bag, no wrapping. Just here. Why did he have them and neglect to include them with the rest of my order? A couple of guys were wearing ear buds and seemed to be having a good time. I’m not against having fun at work but by the time I left there were 10-12+ people lined up waiting to order. Other than the bagels, it was not the usual Bruegger’s.
