  It does not matter how late or close to close it is, the staff are always kind and patient. My food is always hot, accurate and ready within the window they give me when I order ahead. It is clean inside too which is always a plus!

  Ordered online one week before I needed the food for son's birthday. Arrived at pickup time and was told they never got my order (even though they charged my card and I had a copy of the email confirmation). I was told it would take 30 min for them to make my order. 45 min later I finally got my order. Employees were uncaring about the delay and how it impacted the timeline for my son's birthday party. When I got home, my order was missing both orders of corn, which I paid extra for. Extremely disappointed in this entire experience. Submitted a contact form on Wingstop requesting a refund for the side I didn't receive. Who knows if they'll actually respond to that.

  Restaurant was very dirty and staff was not friendly. Fries were soggy and cold, corn was still frozen on the inside, the wings were ok.

  I ordered 2 combo meals, both came without fries. I called spoke with a lady that said she was a general manager. She told me in order to get a refund, I have to come into the store. I told her I wasn't able to do that, my order was placed online. She tells me her Manager Robert was there so show her how to do it. She took my information, said she would have Robert call me back. Here we are to the next day, I call and speak with the same crab of a lady, she tells me the fries were in the bag and there will be no refund. The four people I had lunch with and myself know I had no fries in the bag otherwise I would have eaten them with the ranch.. the items I was CRAVING. Basically, just make sure you have your items before you leave the store...SMH. first time at Wingstop and will definitely be the last at Waite Park location.

  Ordered 10 piece boneless, got 2 cut up tenders the size of my pinkie because they were out. Atleast make them the same size. I got maybe 1/3 of what the wings would have been. What a bad management decision to not make them comparable in weight.
