  I was off my blue collar job it gets dirty my hands get stained but no matter how many times wash them it doest come off. That's the context. Anyways when I was there and sat down to eat my meal. When I noticed Black stuff in my half filled cup they gave me. (Didt even fill it full) I thought no big deal Ill just let them know. Boy that was a mistake because when I asked for a new one, I was accused of doing it myself. Again I wash my hands after work five times over the black stuff was in my cup before I even opened the lid. And I have to listen to how Its my fault and I put Black stuff floting in my drink when I didt. Yeah like Im sitting here fingering my drink when I eat, as if my soda was a finger food. Anyways I just threw away my meal I just paid $19 for. And got called a dirty lier after my shift at work, thanks. I never write reviews, I usually don't care but this made me mad enough. Terrible service.

  We ordered online and our meals were messed up. There was missing meat in my sandwich, did not get my extra banana peppers and green peppers. My girlfriend was missing mustard and there were extra veggies she did not want in there too. It was not during the lunch rush, but I get it sometimes people make mistakes. The part that upset me was I have been trying to call their restaurant. First few calls kept ringing, then on the 4th call I heard someone pick up and then hung up. After that I was sent strait to a beeping tone. Completely unprofessional, would never go to crossroads again. They gave me a bad taste for subway

  Came here on Sunday with my family. I believe Colby “helped” us. It didn’t seem like he knew how to cut the bread or put toppings on our sandwiches. Mostly mine. I asked for two different kinds of sauces on my sandwich. He managed to get one on and then the other one was basically out. He got a couple squirts out, didn’t ask if I wanted more, didn’t cut my footlong in half or ask. He also needs to be retrained on how to wrap a sandwich. Once I sat down to eat, most of my toppings had fallen out because he doesn’t know how to properly make a sandwich. I use to work for subway. I don’t understand how any of this was THAT hard. This is so disappointing. I will not be returning.

  first of all this subway NEVER has bread or signs for anything. the people that work there are ALWAYS in the back room. they also have zero regard for a single customer or whether or not customers are on break from their jobs and need to go quicker. a waste of time and money. these people are just there for the paycheck and zero work.
