  Extremely horrible service we sat for 1hours in the store just for our food they only had one guy working, goes to show how little they really care about their customers would not recommend anyone to come here

  So we were super excited to try wing stop for the first time. We waited a half hour for our order (which we understood because it was decently busy) only to find out that someone else had taken our order. While they were remaking our food another customer came in with a bag of wing that was leaking grease all over her feet the floor and counter..it was like they took them out of the fryer and put them straight into the box.. the gal working tonight cited she’d remake them and that they wouldn’t turn out like that with her doing the order… in the mean time she’s bagging our order and my fiancé grabs the bag and what do ya know… the bottom of our bag is already greasy! We took all the food out and wiped everything down and got a new bag ourselves… she put one of our wing orders in sideways and it leaked everywhere. So disappointing…. Fries are okay.

  I ordered 40 bonelessp and 10 pieces of corn that came to a total of $54.44. I asked for it to be well done. I get all the way home. Come to find out the boneless chicken are not even done. Poor quality shut this place down I will not recommend this place to no one. You will not get a refund. Your food is always halfway done. You have a low score for me

  We were a little hesitant to checkout this location due to prior reviews. Agree the wait time was around 20-30 minutes but it was very busy both take-out and dine-in. I’d expect that type of wait time at other places too. Food was excellent, portion and price was very good. Would recommend others to go. Dine-in seating was ok, not a huge place but wings were tasty.

  As somebody who loves wingstop, has eaten it for years, and had this specific location multiple times, I can 100% say this location has improved as far as order accuracy, food quality, wait times, etc. Makes me sad seeing the ratings from long ago affect the location. I understand they may still have issues but I know somebody who worked there when they opened and I dont think the customers understand the quantity the employees were working with, they literally broke records with this store opening!! The wait times are far more accurate and for me the best service/food quality I get is when i order online, and get there about 15-20 minutes after or about whenever the order time is! I think the workers and restaurant deserve their acknowledgement for the hard work they've continued to put in despite difficult conditions! Had two nights ago for dinner and was hands down some of the best wings and fries ive ever had from wingstop! just wanted to take the time to give a lil review !
