  While waiting in the drive-thru watching an adult woman throw a temper tantrum with staff during this time I watched the show waiting for food. The staff delt with it professionally. The food I got was decent

  Not the best Taco Bell, but one of the best. Seems mostly well run, things can be slow but not too bad. The food is up to expectations.

  Came here with my kids. Upon arriving I seen tons of cigarette bugs outside. Walking in, the entry way was filthy. Desperately needing swept mopped and rugs vacuumed. Every table was dirty and the benches at the booths were filthy. Drink station was sticky and not well maintained. Floors were just as bad as everything else. The food had a weird bitter after taste. Not sure if old oil or what. Before I left I used the restroom which also was filthy and looked to not have been cleaned in weeks. The soap dispenser wasn’t working. Made me wonder how employees were washing their hands before returning to work. Don’t eat here.

  The guy in the drive though is always so friendly and prompt service! This is the only Taco Bell in St. Cloud area I will go to as the food is fresh and clean dining room!

  On a normal night it’s typically a longer wait (12-15 minutes) for our food here anyhow, but Tonight I was doing a DoorDash order which means when I accept the order it pops on their screen to fill out before I even get to the store. I get here and wait inside for 25 minutes before they tell me it’ll be another 10 minutes, and no explanation as to why it was taking so long!!! On top of that, an elderly couple didn’t know how to use the kiosk and were asking an employee for help who responded very rude to them asking for help! This specific Taco Bell location is a lost cause unless they get workers who communicate better and are more time efficient!!
