I told him to change his gloves and he did. Then the other guy comes around him to the register as I thought he was going cash me out. Nope, he brought a pretty girl around me to ring her up for a empty cup. Will not be back.

Subway should be simple, straight forward, and painless. From not having staff out front (within a reasonable amount of time). I’ve had multiple encounters and multiple disappointments. It just seems disorganized. I asked someone to make a sub based on the corporate recommendations and they were unable. I have needed to repeat my order MANY times, it seems like they don’t have a working card reader some times (maybe it was just that week). The service just isn’t what I would say is normal or what wouldn’t agitate a normal person. I’ve continued back a couple times, different staff. It would seem that this location has bigger problems.
